Enrollment Application

Feel free to submit your application either digitally or in paper format. If you opt for the paper format, you can drop it off at Montini Catholic School. You may hand it in directly at the office during school hours, or if it's after school hours, you may deposit it into the mailbox situated outside the building at 1405 N. Richmond Rd.
